Vehicle Lighting Tech Australia (VLTA) is the registered business name of Division 22 Pty Ltd. VLTA assesses eligible headlight assemblies at its Williamstown North workshop and accepts suitable removed headlights through an Australia-wide mail-in pathway.
The current core catalogue is headlight lens replacement, eligible DRL repair, diagnosis-led water-ingress work and headlight-level component assessment.
Complete headlight refurbishment — from $1,350 per headlight, including GST. Includes a new outer lens and rear housing, transfer of serviceable internal components, resealing and pressure testing. Subject to assessment and parts availability. Suitability depends on assessment, parts availability, assembly complexity and the condition of the original internals. Failed electronics, damaged optics and other additional repairs are quoted separately and require approval before work proceeds.
Appropriate functional checks depend on the individual headlight and available vehicle, are agreed for the job and recorded as actually performed. Bench checks do not establish an in-car test, and vehicle coding, aiming or calibration remain separate vehicle-level work. Removal and reinstallation, collection and return freight are quoted separately from the refurbishment price. Pair pricing is assessed individually. All prices include GST.

Melbourne customers use the Williamstown North workshop by appointment. Interstate customers arrange local removal and reinstallation before an approved headlight is sent to VLTA.
